amazed and embarrassed by the Shiraz restaurant and its new
Management, Katy Zanjani, for the flyer they have put out full of
**Spelling Mistakes**
“NEW MANEGMENT” in blue color text, top right
should be ”New Management”
“Check our SPESIALS..” should be “ Specials”
“At Shiraz resturant” should be “ ..restaurant”
And finally even the title is in error;
“Shiraz Resturant” on the Title, should
be Shiraz Restaurant
Please remove the flyers from the displays and
correct them as soon as possible before embarrassing us more. |

| we need to have good Persian
restaurant in Denver that can make good chelokabab like the one in
Westwood,LA. and Washington D.C. So if you are somebodies Mother
please, do not open restaurant and please, do not cook chelokabab,
because it is not going to taste like Shamshiri's or Nayeb in Iran.
At it’s best its going to taste like home made Tasskabob or a juicy
hamburger. Those folks have been in this business for generations
and they have good pro chief.
Keep in mind to prepare food for a family of four verses large
number people changes the mode of production. |

Friend you need to take it easy and try out the
place yourself, you will be impressed. It is true that there
shouldn’t be spelling errors but the new management of Shiraz
Restaurant for sure knows how to put a classy place together with
great food and an award wining service. I was there on December 15th
and was extremely pleased with the timeliness of the service, décor,
flatware, plate design, food quality, professional charming wait
staff, and to top it all the live music. I am confident the place
will keep its high values with no spelling errors so you can enjoy
it as much the others. |

We tried food at Shiraz restaurants, I had Sultani
chelokabab my friend had kobideh. Neither one of us liked the food,
Kabob tasted like kabob that you order at Arab, the middle eastern
restaurant. Shirazi salad was filled with excessive unsalted water.
Rice was hard and dry and not cooked thoroughly. Food was lousy
under Mannijeh management and still the same under new management.
We expected more especially when they charge dearly. |

Clash of Culture. Grand Slam
restaurant is sport bar design to serve community residents and
sports fan. It is apparent that owner does a fairly decent job
treating his American customer men and women equal. He also trying
to make a few buck on the side involving and serving Iranian
residents. So in reality this is not a Persian restaurant or
Ghahveh-khoneh with its tradition and culture attached, where you
could take the load off and teelit your Abgosht. Khoshkhandeh is
probably right, owner does not know how to treat Iranian women.
